I have been involved in many projects over the years, ranging from very small such as putting up shelves to very large; completing renovating and rebuilding new extensions. See below for some examples of my work.

2 Storey Extension


We were priviledged to have the opportunity to put all our skills together to build this 2 storey side extension. It comprised of dining room, kitchen extension, cloakroom, bedroom and en-suite.



We've done a number of bathrooms in the last year, some were fully tiled and others like this one, were replastered in areas to modernise the space. This en-suite had sparkly quartz tiles on the floor with electric underfloor heating. The customer wanted to keep the shower area tidy so we created a alcove in the shower wall to keep things hidden away.

I have decided it is time to move on to something new and so MBS Renovations has ceased trading from Oct 2019.

External Rendering


We remember this project because it was cold but the hard work kept us warm. We rendered the front and back walls, gable end and chimney of this cottege in Marsden. Our preferred product K-Rend has mica fragments in which catches the sun and gives the finish a sparkle.

Outhouse Conversion

Building Project

We were asked to convert a garage and outhouse into this amazing one bed flat. We used the full hight of the building to create a spacious living area, with stunning beams.

Cellar conversion


This was a fantastic project transforming a cellar into a usable living space. We insulated the floor, tanked the walls and then boarded and plastered. We had to do a lot of work to move the existing pipework so that it was hidden behind the walls and ceilings and even managed to create some bespoke button cupboards to hide the utility boxes.

Office Rooms


Being a Christian company it is always great to be able to work in Churches. Here we were asked to split a room into two to create new offices for the minister and team.
